Hello Delta Airlines,
For two years I have been trying to find ways to use my Delta frequent flyer
miles (Skymiles). Either your flights aren't available or the skysaver awards
are 2 stops while skychoice is none or one stop. Then I look at United and AA
and flights are available and I book with them. Because of this, myself, my
family, and my friends have stopped flying with you and also stopped working
to gain Skymiles; we've stopped using your American Express AMEX cards and instead
use use AA and United credit cards.
